Late Cancellation and No-show Policy


At Sonria Dental Clinic we have a late and no-show policy. This ensures that we are able to offer affordable dental care for all our patients. Should you need to change your appointment time or date we simply ask for at least 24 hours notice. This will allow us to offer your place to another patient. Less than 24 hours notice may incur a charge.

Patient wishing to book an appointment longer than an hour may be asked to pay a deposit, which will be applied towards payment of treatment.  However, the deposit will be non-refundable if the patient is extremely late, with no excuse, or does not attend/ cancels with less than 24-hour notice.
